RemoteJob Staffing is seeking a remote Remote SalesOps & Business Analytics Specialist — AI Infrastructure & Operations — LLM Alignment & Research ($140,000 - $180,000/year) to help train and validate frontier AI systems through structured problem authoring, rubric design, and analytical output auditing from anywhere in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.

Day-to-Day Impact

• Analyze sales trends, funnels, conversion rates, and cohort performance to identify opportunities and performance gaps.
• Help improve forecasting models using historical data and predictive signals.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new sales tools, CRM pipelines, and processes.
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations and business narratives for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Tackle ad hoc analytical problems across areas such as incentive modeling, lead generation, KPIs, and recruitment funnels.
• 2–4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with a modern CRM platform; HubSpot is preferred.

Essential Background & Expertise

• Practical background using forecasting, predictive analytics, or statistical modeling.
• Practical background using sales incentives, quotas, or KPI analysis.
• Exposure to cross-functional analytics across Marketing, Customer Success, Recruitment, or Business Operations.

• The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $80,000 –$120,000.
