We have an immediate opening for a dedicated Remote Revenue Operations Specialist (SaaS) — LLM Alignment & Research ($50 - $100/hour) to provide granular domain oversight in Operations, Conflicting Policy Arbitration, CRM Ownership and Data Model, Compliance-Constrained Operations Design. You will translate your hard-earned professional intuition into structured feedback that teaches foundation models how to solve complex, multi-tiered problems accurately.

Key Project Deliverables

• Diagnose revenue data problems — duplicates, broken lifecycle states, inconsistent metric definitions — and explain how you’d find the root cause and prevent recurrence.
• Flag ambiguous or underspecified scenarios instead of resolving them silently.
• 4+ years hands-on in SaaS revenue, sales, CS, or implementation operations — not adjacent or management-only exposure.
• Work through realistic revenue operations scenarios — CRM data models, process design, configuration tradeoffs — and explain the reasoning behind each choice.
• Resolve conflicts between operational policies: which rule takes precedence, why, and what you would deliberately leave unchanged.
• Design workflows that hold up under compliance constraints like approvals, access controls, and audit requirements.

Candidate Profile & Expertise Needed

• Direct CRM ownership (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) with configuration experience, plus two or more connected tools: billing, CPQ, ticketing, or project tracking.
• Track record of resolving policy conflicts and explaining tradeoffs, ideally in fintech, healthtech, insurtech, or complex multi-product environments.
• Able to explain your reasoning clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
