RemoteJob Staffing is seeking a remote Remote Commercial & M&A Transactional Law Counsel — AI Legal Benchmarking — LLM Alignment & Research ($90 - $130/hour) to help train and validate frontier AI systems through structured problem authoring, rubric design, and analytical output auditing from anywhere in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.

Day-to-Day Impact

• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
• Minimum of 3 years of In-House experience focused on technology transactions, particularly negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDA's and Derivatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
• Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
• Prior exposure to AI, legal tech, or training initiatives.

Essential Background & Expertise

• Compensation Structure:
• Compensation is task-based, meaning experts are paid per completed task that meets the project specifications. The average handling time (AHT) is approximately 3.5 hours per task, and the effective hourly rate will depend on the number of tasks completed and successfully signed off.
• Compensation Band: $90 - $130/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 100 open positions

• Experience at a corporate law firm in either M&A or fund formation for private equity firms.
