We have an immediate opening for a dedicated Remote Mathematics Expert (MSc. or PhD) — LLM Alignment & Research ($60 - $120/hour) to provide granular domain oversight in Mathematics, Python, Programming Languages, Research. You will translate your hard-earned professional intuition into structured feedback that teaches foundation models how to solve complex, multi-tiered problems accurately.

Key Project Deliverables

• Use Python to automate calculations, numerical experiments, parameter sweeps, visualization, and result validation.
• An MS or PhD in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computational Science, Theoretical Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative field; or
• Solve and validate advanced mathematical and computational problems.
• Translate mathematical requirements into precise, executable workflows.
• Implement mathematical workflows using Python and command-line-accessible tools.

Candidate Profile & Expertise Needed

• Complete the hiring manager review.
• We typically fill roles within 48 hours and are looking for experts who are ready to begin immediately. If selected, you will be expected to start your first task within 24–48 hours of completing onboarding.
• A BS in Mathematics or a closely related quantitative field plus at least 1–2 years of mathematics-focused professional or research experience in top companies/institutions.
• Strong expertise in at least one mathematical area, such as applied mathematics, numerical analysis, optimization, probability, statistics, discrete mathematics, algebra, geometry, mathematical modeling, or dynamical systems.
