Are you a domain specialist skilled in Python, Mechanical Engineering? RemoteJob Staffing is seeking a remote Remote Mechanical Engineering Specialist — AI Model Training & Evaluation — LLM Alignment & Research ($80 - $150/hour) to help train and validate frontier AI systems through structured problem authoring, rubric design, and analytical output auditing from anywhere in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.

Day-to-Day Impact

• Perform structural, thermal, dynamic, fatigue, buckling, vibration, or related analyses.
• Use Python to automate model preparation, simulation, parameter sweeps, optimization, postprocessing, and verification.
• An MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline; or
• A BS in Mechanical Engineering plus at least 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in mechanical design, analysis, simulation, testing, or R&D.
• Strong understanding of applied mechanics and mechanical-engineering fundamentals.
• Experience developing analytical, computational, or simulation-based engineering solutions.
• Practical proficiency with Python and coding agents.

• Compensation is output-based. Experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications. The time required to complete each task may vary depending on the expert’s experience and workflow.
