RemoteJob Staffing is seeking a remote Remote Passport Acceptance Agent — AI Model Training & Evaluation — LLM Alignment & Research ($30 - $40/hour) to help train and validate frontier AI systems through structured problem authoring, rubric design, and analytical output auditing from anywhere in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.

Day-to-Day Impact

• Assess and benchmark model-generated answers against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, and outdated guidance.
• Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.
• Current or recent passport acceptance agent designation (post office, county clerk, library, or similar)
• 1+ years helping the public with passport applications
• Working knowledge of forms, fees, ID and citizenship documents, and rules for minors
• Review sample passport questions and flag any that don’t sound like what real applicants ask.
• Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer on new applications, renewals, and replacements, including forms, fees, and processing options.

Essential Background & Expertise

• Experience helping a diverse range of applicants, including rural and non-English-speaking customers
• Compensation Band: $30 - $40/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 10 open positions
• Able to start quickly and commit 20-30 hours/week
• Clear, precise writing
• Practical background using lost, stolen, or damaged passports and name changes
