RemoteJob Staffing is seeking a remote Remote National Park Ranger — AI Model Training & Evaluation — LLM Alignment & Research ($30 - $45/hour) to help train and validate frontier AI systems through structured problem authoring, rubric design, and analytical output auditing from anywhere in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.

Day-to-Day Impact

• Assess and benchmark model-generated answers against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, and outdated guidance.
• Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.
• Current, former, or seasonal National Park Service experience (park ranger, interpretive ranger, or visitor services staff)
• 1+ years answering visitor questions or working with passes, permits, reservations, or fees
• Working knowledge of park regulations and visitor safety
• Able to start quickly and commit 15-25 hours/week
• Review sample national park questions and flag any that don’t sound like what real visitors ask.

Essential Background & Expertise

• Experience helping a diverse range of visitors, including rural and non-English-speaking guests
• Compensation Band: $30 - $45/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
