RemoteJob Staffing is seeking a remote Remote U.S. Tax Preparation & Financial Workflow Evaluator — Financial AI Benchmarking — LLM Alignment & Research ($30 - $110/hour) to help train and validate frontier AI systems through structured problem authoring, rubric design, and analytical output auditing from anywhere in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.

Day-to-Day Impact

• Connect personal financial accounts via secure Plaid login, as well as personal Gmail and Google Drive to facilitate workflow reviews and document sharing.
• Share relevant tax-related documents for project purposes, with all downstream use occurring after PII has been sanitized.
• Communicate findings clearly through both written and verbal feedback as required.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators and provide timely updates on deliverables.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Financial Literacy, Tax Filing, Data Review, Rubric Evaluation, Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.

Essential Background & Expertise

• Experience applying structured evaluation criteria, rubrics, or participating in model or workflow assessments (e.g., data annotation, RLHF, quality review).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and precision.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive), and ability to follow digital workflows.
• Compensation Band: $30 - $110/hour
