RemoteJob Staffing is seeking a remote Remote Postal Clerk — AI Model Training & Evaluation — LLM Alignment & Research ($30 - $45/hour) to help train and validate frontier AI systems through structured problem authoring, rubric design, and analytical output auditing from anywhere in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.

Day-to-Day Impact

• Assess and benchmark model-generated answers against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, and outdated guidance.
• Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.
• Current, former, or retired USPS frontline experience (postal clerk, sales and service associate, or retail associate)
• 1+ years helping customers in person at a post office counter
• Working knowledge of mail classes, shipping options, postage, tracking, and change of address
• Able to start quickly and commit 15-25 hours/week
• Review sample postal questions and flag any that don’t sound like what real customers ask.

Essential Background & Expertise

• Experience creating guides, FAQs, or training materials
• Experience helping a diverse range of customers, including rural and non-English-speaking communities
• Compensation Band: $30 - $45/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
