Remote Procurement & Vendor Management Expert — LLM Alignment & Research

If you possess extensive experience in Turning Real Procurement Work Into a Defined Task, Objective Grading Criteria, Supplier Evaluation and Selection, Vendor Problems After Signing, this project provides a rare opportunity to consult on sophisticated domain architectures. You will establish the factual ground truth that guides enterprise-grade automated systems.

Key Deliverables & Responsibilities

• Create or source the supporting materials each task needs: RFP responses, pricing schedules, contracts, SLAs, risk assessments.
• Flag tasks that turn out to be ambiguous or ungradable instead of submitting them anyway.
• Deliver approved tasks on schedule and at the required quality level.
• 5+ years of hands-on responsibility in procurement, sourcing, supplier assessment, or vendor management — direct ownership of the work, not supervisory-only or adjacent exposure.
• Experience creating or applying structured evaluation standards: supplier scorecards, weighted bid criteria, vendor risk frameworks, or category strategies.
• Design multi-step tasks drawn from real procurement work — supplier assessment, bid comparison, vendor risk analysis, contract review — with realistic reference files and clear instructions.
• Define objective grading criteria so two qualified reviewers would reach the same verdict on the same output.
